Help and Support
Canvas Help Link
The best way to get assistance for Canvas issues is to email defaculty_support@cuesta.edu.
Another option is to click on the "Help" link on the lower left corner of the screen in Canvas, and then choose "Canvas Support Hotline." For maximum effectiveness, please make sure you are at the place where you are having the problem before clicking on the Help link. Additionally calling the hotline you can get a Canvas Support Staff to answer questions 24/7.
Your first point of contact should be the Cuesta Faculty Support, you can email Cuesta Faculty Support directly at defaculty_support@cuesta.edu. If Cuesta Faculty support is unavailable you can call +1-833-278-2012 for Canvas questions 24/7.
NOTE: Faculty support responds to all types of requests during the weekdays, some evenings; and Canvas help desk is great during the late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Face-to-Face Assistance
While working through the training (or afterwards), if you need face-to-face assistance with understanding Canvas or implementing some of the training materials, Instructional Technology Resources is here to help!! Use one of the bookable calendars for availability.
