The survey results will go directly to her to compile.

For in-person classes, please share the QR code below with your students so they may complete and submit.

For online courses, please consider embedding the survey directly into Canvas as an assignment (see sample assignment here: (Sample Survey Assignment with Embedded Link and QR) Please Submit this Anonymous Evaluation for our Embedded Peer Tutor (5 points!) ) rather than a link in an email, and pair it with a clear announcement. Adding a small incentive, even a few points noticeably boosts completion.

This survey is anonymous and will not indicate CRN, EPT’s name, or faculty’s name.
