Chat
| The Chat tool allows you and your students to engage in real time conversations with one another. You may use the Chat Tool to engage in class discussions, much like you would in a regular classroom environment, or office hours, or small group meetings. |
Important! Chat messages are public and are visible to everyone in the class. In addition, chat messages can't be deleted. This means if a student posts any type of confidential information it can't be deleted. Because of this, it is not recommended to use Chat.
Where is the Chat feature?
The chat feature is located on the Navigational Toolbar on the left.
