Android Phone or Tablet

Due to the variations between different Android devices, these instructions may only roughly match the steps needed.

  1. Navigate to your device’s SettingsAccounts area
  2. Tap Add Account
  3. Select Microsoft Exchange Active Sync
  4. Enter your Richland email address
  5. Enter your Richland NetID (email) password
  6. Tap the Manual Setup button (or select Manual Setup from your option menu)
  7. Prepend RCC onto the Domain\username field (when complete, your entry should look like: RCC\MyUsername)
  8. Change the Exchange server field to: owa.richland.edu
  9. Click the Next button
  10. Click OK
  11. Click Next
  12. Click Accept
  13. Click Next
