Coral Minton; Instructor @ Cuesta College, Older Adult Fitness specialist, Springboard diving coach.

Education: 

A.S. degree from Chabot College, in Hayward, CA. 

Cal State University Hayward (now known as Cal State, East Bay) B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel and Industrial Relations. 

Masters Degree in Kinesiology in 2003 from Cal Poly SLO. Thesis emphasis in Motor Learning and Development in children.

Adult Education California Teaching credential (2008) in Physical Fitness for older adults.

American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification as a Senior Fitness Specialist

Career: 

Cuesta College Instructor with Kinesiology Department 2004-now.  Women's Health 203, Multicultural Health 208 (health from a cultural perspective) and Health 202 (general health).  Author An Introduction to Women's Health, via Great River Learning; a digital textbook for HEED 203. Swim instructor.

Older adult fitness: Cuesta Community adult zoom fitness classes. Focus on strength, conditioning, flexibility, and balance in the 50+ adult population. Some exercises involve memory facilitation.

Springboard/platform diving coach. Cuesta College 1993-2005, 2024.  Cal Poly and SLO High School various years. Elected Treasurer (Board Member) of USA Diving 2000-2008. Past coordinator of diving championship events for California Community College State (Swim/Dive), and CIF Southern Section(s).
