KINA 202 is being offered as a hybrid, synchronous course. You ARE required to report to weight training class at least once a week.  All other course materials will be provided on a weekly basis for you to complete on your own timeline, or with coaches supervision, within the requirements of the course calendar.

Virtual Office Hours: 9:30 am - 12:00 pm, Tue/Thu.

Contact me through direct e-mail.  I will generally respond to your emails within a few hours during weekdays.  On weekends, I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.  Since I won't regularly attend my office during covid-19, I will not be available by phone.

Expect to complete 3-5 hours of work on this course, weekly.  See the course calendar for required weekly assignment submissions, participation discussion forums, video's demonstrating appropriate lifting form, and necessary worksheets and exams.  My goal is to provide all required materials to you, the student, on the Monday beginning each week.  Please recognize this is a goal and not a requirement of me.  Be patient with the process as I am working as diligently and efficiently as I expect you are.  Additional details can be found on the Syllabus.
