The Camtasia video editor is particularly well-suited to editing learning material content, with a wide range of effects to highlight and call focus to specific sections of a video.
Camtasia also is a screen-recorder, enabling editors to record part or a full screen, and then import that video clip into a longer video. Camtasia also allows users to record narration directly into a video, and use its special Add-in to import a Powerpoint slideshow and convert it to a video.
