Course welcome letters are created by faculty to include important information about your course prior to registering for the Online, Hybrid, or Synchronous Course. These letters include information such as instructor contact information, required textbooks, instructional materials, proctored exams, required meetings or synchronous session times, and other course requirements.

To read the welcome letter for your course:

Click on the semester link above
Search for you course name, section number (CRN) in list.
Click on the link for the course letter in the right list to preview

If you do not see your welcome letter listed, please contact the instructor as identified in class finder, search for your instructor in the campus directory. IF YOU LETTER IS NOT LISTED, IT MAY NOT HAVE A FACULTY MEMBER ASSIGNED OR NEWLY ADDED. PLEASE CHECK BACK OR VIEW THE DEFAULT LETTER FOR BASIC INFORMATION.
