Overview

For top performance, your body and mind require the right fuel.

You are probably currently eating many healthy and tasty things, that’s great! Sometimes, though, eating healthy might seem like a lot of work or expensive, but the payoff can be amazing. With good food you think better, remember more of what you study, sleep more soundly and increase your sense of well-being. The opposite of all that is true with foods that are not the best for your body. You can make a real difference with some simple changes. It is important to start with small manageable steps so that you set yourself up for success. With tips and resources from this module, we hope to get you, or help keep you, on track with a nutrition plan that feeds not just your body, but also your mind and spirit, and one that keeps your pocketbook healthy too!
