Overview

Recess isn’t just for kids!

What if I told you that you could do just one thing that will improve your mood, decrease your stress, increase your self-esteem, make you look better, make you healthier AND improve your school performance? Also, it’s free and you already know how to do it. Sign me up, right?

Thirty minutes of physical activity a day can do all of those things! Think there’s no way you can find the time? Good news: You don’t have to do all 30 minutes at once. You can get health benefits even if you split it into two or three 10- to 15-minute segments a day.

Make it easy to exercise by building a class into your schedule.
