Looking for a way to develop a personal fitness and/or wellness plan? Need motivation to get started or new ideas for your current plans? Want to learn about HIIT or TABATA? This is this course!

Kinesiology 220 presents and applies the scientific principles of fitness and nutrition for a well lifestyle.  Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to continue applying and implementing the fitness principles, wellness parameters, and nutritional guidelines into their personal lifestyles.

This course is all about personal fitness and wellness. In this class, you will develop a comprehensive fitness plan, set wellness goals, and be supported tp improve your wellness.  Moreover, nutritional plans will be developed to support your fitness and wellness goals. One of my personal goals is to help you stay motivated!
