January 1st: Prepare Syllabus and Course Materials for term (including importing / migrating from previous course shells) (Start as early as possible and this is a recommended time line to ensure course is ready and all bugs are worked out)
Week before classes: Email your students and provide them instructions to log in to your class.
First day of classes: Publish your course to allow students to log in
Census Date: Date provided on your course roster in Banner; drop students that have not logged into your course
12th week of classes - Withdraw Deadline; drop students that have stopped participating in your course.

February 29th: Post Welcome Letter
