Room 3406, the CAD lab, may be open to students during the following times.  Since there may be an actual class going on you will need to ask the teacher for permission to work in the back.  In most cases it should be fine.

 In Addition to above:

There are several other places on the San Luis Obispo campus where you can use AutoCAD:

LIBRARY

-In the Library (see the Tech for which ones they are).  There are 6 of them and they are not the computers when you first walk into the library but behind those computers (see picture below).  You will see a sign on them stating they are just for engineering and architecture.

In order to keep others from using them you will need to log in using:

Username: 3200-ENG
Password: 3406eng2017

Please do not share this with anyone else otherwise they won't be available for our class.  If you see anyone write the username/password on the computer then please remove it.

-The computers in the main open lab in the library do not have AutoCAD.  These are the computers that you first see when you walk into the library and there are about 100 of them.

-In the North County there is one computer in the tutorial center that has AutoCAD.

-ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro software is available on the engineering computers in the SLO Library and on the engineering computer in the Tutorial Center on the North County Campus. Cuesta faculty, staff and students also have access to the ArcGIS Online software. Email the software administrator at fschroed@cuesta to receive login credentials. You do not need a login for the desktop or Pro software, but will still need the login for the computers. The software is also available on the computers in 3406 – please see the open hours above.
